I tend to agree that if you want all the extras, you are better on a full service airline! I found when I travelled with Scoot, to add on those extras was quite expensive – checked luggage was $80AUD/person/leg, meals about $23AUD/person/leg etc. It would have ended up a similar price to the big name airlines in the end.

Oh yes, I’ve seen those leg hammocks online. I’ve not really considered buying one, but maybe I should look into them more. They would pack pretty small too, so not take up too much room. Thanks for the suggestion Angela!

I agree on the socks! I had a DVT scare a few years ago (it wasn’t!) but if nothing else, wearing the socks makes me less worried about going through that again.
