Tasmania actually reminds me a lot of the UK. Lots of pretty green rolling hills. It probably has a similar climate too. I think the fact that much of the old areas were built my the British convicts also gives it that feel. You will be right at home!

This was my first trip to Tasmania (I know, bad Aussie!) and we were only around the Hobart area, but I will definitely be back for more. I really liked it. Can’t wait to explore more of the island.

I wasn’t interested at all but I have to say that my Mum was right. I completely fell in love with Tasmania and would really want to re-visit. I will definitely keep Richmond on my mind. Would make such a good day trip from Hobart.
